I recently ordered the Smart Watch for my dad. We were with another company that only provided a necklace with the GPS & Smart Fall technology. The button on the necklace was so big, it was constantly going off unintentionally and was very annoying.So annoying that he was not even wearing it anymore. We switched to the Senior Protection Smart Watch and my dad just loves it. He's a very active 92 year young man and the watch is perfect. He feels it is much more trendy (not having the big huge necklace hanging from his neck) and he is much happier and feels safer now. I also feel more at ease knowing he is now wearing the watch everywhere. The customer service at Senior Protection has been fantastic from start to end - answering all questions. Highly recommend Senior Protection. Thank you for making my Dad safe!!!

Good day and Happy New Year! I'm very pleased with the Alert Watch that I have recieved. It was delivered on time with instructions on how to activate which were easy to understand..even me :) One qusetion: How do you test the emergency response of the device (For a peace of mind). Thanks again!

I have tried a different company first but they only supplied the necklace which I tried but that did not work for me . It was constantly going off and it was very stressful. So I noticed the ad on tv so I called I got immediate service. Within a couple of days I had the watch on my arm and I had afelt great relief,

The watch arrived very quickly and we initiated a "test" shortly after my mother put it on. The entire Team was amazing in the prompt and professional manner in which they responded. Camille was very conscientious, concerned and helpful!She provided next-day follow up as well!!Amazing service, amazing product!!!

I purchased a device for my grandmother who lives alone. We were constantly worried about her health and safety owing to her age, though she is really fit. I am really happy with the purchase. It gives us peace of mind and her access to emergency services. Really great customer service too. Would 100% recommend.

Everyone was great to deal with. Never left you hanging. When they tell you something they do it. David was a great Joy to deal with. He also let me know if I have any questions to just contact him. When they said they would ship my watch I got it in less then 24hrs. Then when it was charged I contacted the office and we did a test "emergency" and it was very easy which left me feeling more secure as I am not great with electronics. I would have given 4.5 Stars if I could. The only thing is the watch is kinda big for my petite wrists;which I have to get used to. The watch also keeps track of your heart beat; steps walked etc and is only $5.00 more per month. I was about them on face book that they were giving a smart watch or the call alert pendant free if you qualified. It was simple just 1 phone call and as soon as I said I have had 5 knee surgeries and was told by the surgeon "I see you needing a knee replacement;but you are too young to go on the list". I qualified.
