To adjust the length of the lanyard, follow this process:

  • To make it shorter: Hold a tab between your first finger and thumb on each hand, then slide both tabs apart in line with your shoulders.

No, the Smart Protect doesn’t require a smartphone. It runs on GSM which runs on multiple networks.

Home Protect: Depending on the range of your pendant, you get help in your garden or yard. However, It’s important to know how far it can reach. Testing the range helps you figure out if your pendant works on your property or outside your house.

Go Protect: The On the Go button uses a third-party cell service and works anywhere in Canada. If it can connect to the cell network, you can get help 24/7 for a fall or medical assistance.
